Orders and Payment
1.1. Placing an order through our Shop constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to our acceptance.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicious or
fraudulent activity.
1.3. Payment for orders is processed securely through our designated payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
1.4. In case of cancelation of order before shipping then full amount will be refunded, In case of cancelation after shipping amount will be refunded only after receiving the return product and the courier charges for both side will be deducted.
1.5. In case of any offers applied on the product during the purchase that will be deducted in refund.
1.6. All refund will be processed within 5 working days (Monday to Saturday)
Returns and Exchanges
2.1. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to certain conditions and exceptions. Please refer to our separate "Returns and
Exchanges Policy (5.3)" for detailed instructions.
2.2. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
2.3. Should take video while opening the parcel, in case of damage of open delivery package kindly do not accept the same.
2.4. In case of size issues we will exchange the product for the customer but courier charges will be paid by the customer for both side.
